School Council Christmas Events
Hillside's Student council were extremely busy on the run up to Christmas organising and running events for all the students. The councillors all worked so hard; attending meetings, producing leaflets/posters, purchasing and selling treats, setting up the hall with chairs, beanbags, disco lights and lots more!
The whole school enjoyed fabulous End of term disco and karaoke, with lighting borrowed from a real DJ, lots of singing on the microphone, dancing, treats and super party clothes too. It was so much fun.
On the last day the Student council arranged a film club, all the school and college were invited to come along and watch 'Elf' on beanbags, mats, comfy cushions. Some pupils brought blankets and wore super comfy clothes snuggling down to watch the Christmassy film whilst chomping on free popcorn and pop! It was such a lovely end to the term.
